  • During subscription to the Keeper newsletter: to receive the latest news about our services, as well as promotions.

3. For what purpose and legal basis do we process your personal data?
The purposes and legal bases by which we process your personal data are the following:

  • Whenever a user directs a query, complaint or claim using the communication channels enabled for this purpose (e-mail, telephone, etc.) their data will be processed for the management and resolution of the query, complaint or claim.
Legal basis: Depending on the nature of the action or communication directed to Keeper, the data processing may be based on

  • Consent: provided by the user when sending the query that is not covered by the legal bases listed below.
  • Execution of contract or application of pre-contractual measures: for those cases in which the data processing carried out by Keeper is carried out on the occasion of an existing contractual relationship or, where appropriate, in view of the establishment of a a possible contractual relationship.
  • Legitimate interest: The processing will be carried out based on Keeper's legitimate interest in responding to requests or queries that may be raised through the channels enabled on the web platform when there is no contractual or pre-contractual relationship between Keeper and the interested party.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: in the event of exercising any of the rights listed in this privacy policy, the processing of your personal data will be carried out to comply with legal obligations.
  • Send you surveys related to the degree of satisfaction and operation of our services in order to improve their quality.
Legal basis: The processing is carried out on the basis of Keeper's legitimate interest to know the opinion of our users and/or clients about the use of our services and/or products and thus be able to better understand the quality of our services and improve them.

  • In the event that you send us your application to work with us, your personal data will be processed to to analyse the application and manage its possible incorporation into the Keeper team.
Legal basis: Depending on whether the data is sent in connection with the publication of a specific vacancy or whether it is, however, a spontaneous application, the processing of your data may be based on:

  • Consent: in the event that your application is sent to Keeper through a form of consent, the data processing via the channels enabled for such purposes simultaneously.
  • Execution of contract or application of contractual measures: when the application has been submitted on the occasion of a vacancy.
  • Comply with our legal obligations, possible court rulings and other decisions determined by the authorities. Including the communication of personal data to the security forces and bodies, whenever we have suspicions or indications of an action that may constitute an illicit/criminal offense.
Legal basis: The processing of personal data for these purposes is carried out based on compliance with Keeper's legal obligations.

  • Subscription to the Fridom newsletter.
Legal basis: the processing is carried out based on your consent given through the subscription form enabled on our website (article 21.1 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and article 6.1.a) of the GDPR). However, if there is a prior contractual relationship between us and the communications are about our own services, the sending is done based on our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f) of the GDPR) in relation to the authorization regulated in article 21.2 of the Law on Information Society Services.
4. How long will we keep personal data?
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this privacy policy, as well as to retain your personal information in compliance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, especially in relation to the legal limitation periods, and for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with personal data?
The processing of data by Keeper grants the owner of the same the following rights:

  1. Right to request access to personal data: You can ask if we are processing your data, and if so, access them.
  2. Right to request rectification if the data is inaccurate, or complete the data that we have incomplete.
  3. Right to request the deletion of your data.
  4. Right to request the limitation of its processing: In this case, we will only retain your information for the exercise or defense of claims.
  5. Right to object to the processing: We will stop processing personal data, with the exception that they must continue to be processed for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
