Xuso Jones joins Milanuncios’ positive consumption movement

Xuso Jones joins Milanuncios’ positive consumption movement

Milanuncios has unveiled its new brand positioning centred on positive consumption. To introduce this new direction to the wider public, the platform teamed up with comedian, presenter and influencer Xuso Jones through a street activation in the heart of Madrid, publicising the new brand positioning that will guide Milanuncios moving forward.

As part of the action, Xuso Jones took to Plaza de Callao to promote a more conscious approach to consumption. He engaged passers-by, encouraging them to delete fast fashion and retail apps associated with excessive, low-quality consumption and replace them with the Milanuncios app instead.

Those who agreed to take part and downloaded the app received a €50 reward to spend within the Milanuncios platform.

The activation was reinforced visually by a group of people dressed in green mesh outfits, surrounding the presenter of ‘Poco se habla’  carrying placards that promoted positive, judgement-free consumption. Messages included slogans such as “Buying without guilt is called Milanuncios” and “This ad doesn’t sell you anything you’ll regret later”, underlining the campaign’s focus on conscious consumption.

The nearly two-and-a-half-minute reel will be featured on TikTok and Instagram, both on Xuso Jones’ and the brand’s profiles.

Once again, Keepers has been the influencer marketing agency for this campaign carried out in collaboration with other creative and communication agencies. The initiative forms part of Milanuncios’ broader strategy to work with influencers to promote a more positive and responsible approach to consumption.
