Goal
To select and identify the best prescribers for each brand, surpassing the KPIs set by the brand.
Strategy
We analysed consumer interests and territories for each brand, their consumption moments, and defined their audiences. This allowed us to apply quantitative and qualitative selection criteria and develop an annual plan that included top paid influencers, annual ambassadors, monthly qualitative sampling, and experiences such as trips and events.
