Goal

Culmia wanted to amplify its storytelling and emotionally connect with its audience, creating its own format that went beyond traditional advertising and strengthened the relationship with potential customers.

Strategy

Keepers, designed The Voice of the Chameleon, a branded podcast that combined industry insights with authentic and personal conversations.

Two content formats were launched: House Tour and Voices of Culmia, featuring interviews with employees to bring the brand’s messages to life. Creativity was combined with useful content and amplified through Culmia’s social and owned channels.

The result was an innovative format that positioned Culmia as a pioneer in branded content within the real estate sector.
